By accessing or using KBForeclosures ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by KB Software LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KBForeclosures provides a searchable database of Florida foreclosure property records. Records are compiled from publicly available sources and updated daily. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free accounts are limited to 10 searches per day and basic record fields. Pro accounts ($19.99/month) include unlimited searches, full financial data, and API access. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled at any time.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Automated scraping or bulk downloading of records beyond normal use
  • Reselling or redistributing data without authorization
  • Using the Service for harassment, fraud, or illegal purposes
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Circumventing rate limits or access controls

6. Disclaimer

The information on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. 7. Limitation of Liability
